CLASSES & EVENTS:

 

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our team and our other clients, we ask that you respect and appreciate our cancellations policy below.

 

1. Our events/classes usually hold limited seating, and many of our events/classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 3 DAYS before the scheduled event/class date. This will allow us to offer your spot to another person. You may email us on love@bellybabymom.com should you wish to cancel.

 

2. If you have to cancel your attendance 3 DAYS before the scheduled event/class date, we offer you a credit value gift certificate of the same amount, but do not offer refunds at this time. You may use these credits towards any future events, classes or services offered by Belly Baby Mom L.L.C, with no expiration date towards your credits.

 

3. If you cancel your attendance to an event/class less than 3 days of the scheduled event/class date, no credit gift certificate would be issued. 

* Incase of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us on love@bellybabymom.com and we will try our best to acomodate your request for a refund, however please note that this is treated case by case and a refund is not guaranteed.*

 

4. In the case Belly Baby Mom L.L.C cancels a class or event, you will receive a 100% refund, unless you prefer to convert this payment towards a credits gift certificate.

5. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
